Spravato: antidepressant for treatment-resistant depression. Have you tried?

Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, in combination with an oral antidepressant, was approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2019 for the treatment of depression for people who have tried previous antidepressant medications but have not benefited from them (treatment-resistant depression).
