Hi everyone. Hope all are well. I, personally, don't use much social media. Mostly FB & YouTube. I actually like watching some videos more than others. As far as social media intending to make others feel less comfortable, & worse about themselves, I'm not the 1 to ask. My depression makes daily chores difficult at best, but I muddle through. Sleep apnea, exhaustion, also makes most of my movements, motions almost automatic, like a zombie. Hopeful new treatment will work. Bought CPAP from Amazon & expect it next week. Perhaps this month might just be more uplifting than I can explain.

I avoid social media at all cost! No greater way to get depressed than to get involved with the social drama clubs.
Need to have real conversations with real people.
This is my experience.

There is no place for these kids to even adults, having and creating something pure will never happen . This website was helpful and helped me get the winter from 2021. Take whatever you have trying to help but this place was easy to identify my diagnosis and then going through forums. I legit wouldn't have been hospitalized make without this place. Got really depressed after an 8 months manic high. And I'm on six different medications just manage my life.

I feel the rising social media usage is responsible for making other feel worse about themselves when they see others enjoying themselves. I am not very new to these apps, but I felt that the longer I used them, the worse I felt. Initially it felt good, but it feels fragmented and so fake now. Constantly looking at new videos, or reels or whatever it is called these days used to be amusing, but now I don't get any joy in it. Does anyone else feel this way?
