How to be nice to people when struggling mentally myself?

It may be difficult to be kind to yourself and the people around you. This issue may be brought on by character flaws, social anxiety, poor self-esteem, mental health struggles or adverse circumstances. Making eye contact, smiling, addressing your discussion partner by name, and actively listening throughout exchanges are all ways to be a bit more friendly.
Other ways to embrace kindness include putting an emphasis on self-care, keeping a diary on a regular basis, reading self-help literature, engaging in random acts of kindness, expressing genuine apologies, and making donations whenever it is feasible. It may be beneficial to seek professional help for your mental health.
If you are not able to exercise kindness due to your current negative circumstances, it is important to remember that with time and support it will come back to you.
