I know this might sound silly, but whenever you are feeling at your lowest speak out loud about it. If you sit there and talk about how you feel out loud rather than in your head apart of you should feel relieved. When you speak out loud try to find a trigger point. Why did you start feeling this way? When did you start feeling this way? How can I feel better and cope with this ? If nothing is helping you, I think when the sun sets and it gets later at night you should take a step outside. Look up at the sky. Look at the stars. See how big this world is? How the sky looks never ending. Just take a moment to really take in your surroundings. All the trees, street lights, the grass beneath your feet. Life isn’t all that bad, you just need to find ways to make it good. Life is beautiful, and so are you. ❤️

Depression sucks I know that much. It's been a struggle lately but it's okay it's nothing new at all. I've had depression since I was 15 so it's been a rollercoaster of emotions for years. I think I'll be okay though.
