Hi @HawaiianLau
How are you doing today?
I am sorry you haven't been sleeping well recently. I think it is a good idea to get into a support group, but easier said than done. Let me see if any other Carenity members have some ideas of where to find a good support group.

Have you ever been to a support group? Was it helpful? Where did you find it?
Take care.

Hi, I also got rejected from BC. If there is any group, please contact me and let me know. If you have anxiety, don't take medication, just keep your mind at ease

Hey @HawaiianLau,
I'm so sorry to hear about the challenges you're facing. It's commendable that you've been in remission for 6 years, but I understand that anxiety can persist. Considering a second opinion from another mental health professional might provide new insights and options. While I don't have specific information on OCD groups, online communities or local mental health organizations may be valuable resources. It's crucial to find the right support system that aligns with your needs. Take care, and I hope you find the relief you're seeking.

Feel bad all the time, except I’m afternoon, 6 years remission from bc, had anxiety from dx. Tried 20 meds only one that helped was klonapin but made me sleepy. Tired and scared all the time. Psy told me not to go to bc support group. Stopped. Now he wants to cut appts and recommends ocd group ( find it on internet)! Only found bc support group. I need help with the anxiety taking 1 med that doesn’t help ( I think)anyone find good ocd group get relief from anxiety. Please help. Thanks
