How are you today?
Have you started to notice the change in weather, in daylight hours? It's starting to get darker earlier and there are more rainy days. We are soon into winter. Some people buy SAD lamps to combat seasonal affective disorder. This type of lamp is supposed to simulate the sun and increase the production of serotonin.
Does any one experience worsening symptoms of their depression due to seasonal affective disorder? Have you tried a SAD lamp? Does it work?

I actually have one of these and it helps a lot. This is my third year using it and its great. I just like the lighting better than the 'normal' bulbs, in the winter it feels more normal and just like brighter, which I like, makes it easier to see.
