Urinary incontinence is a possible complication of bladder cancer. Urinary incontinence can be caused by bladder cancer itself or certain cancer treatments and can impact individuals to different extents.

I did not experience urinary incontinence prior to treatment... I did experience "the need to go" more often; however, it was never to the point where I could not make it to the bathroom. However, after surgery and immunotherapy, which resulted in painful urination and mild bouts of incontinence for about 1 week,
