Hello Slime,
Experts say that Bipolar as well as other mental health issues are mainly hereditary. However, trauma in our lives can manifest the disease. I am sorry you have other health issues. If you ever feel like messaging me, please feel free. I would love to get to know you. I can really relate when you say you have been on a roller coaster ride with bipolar. Most of the time I am fine but I have really had my issues with this disorder.

@Pink25 Today is a good morning so far. With me I have a really hard time when the end of summer beginning of fall is when I fall into a bipolar episodes. So I love Spring and Summer which where I live it's rains a lot except this year..the cold weather makes my pain extreme which also is depressing..I take some vitamins to combat it..well have a good day...

I was diagnosed with bipolar back in 1998 and over the years I have learned how to combat it. I am not quite sure if the bipolar came from being abused or if it is cause I got hit by a car in 1974..I have lived a rollercoaster ride and have been on many meds..today I only take Cymbalta and vitamins to keep calm.. thankfully I have things to keep me busy..I also suffer with other medical issues but never give up!!
