Hi everyone,
I take 500 mg of turmeric twice a day as recommended by healthline, but I notice ZERO effects in reduction of pain.
Does anyone take Turmeric and see benefits in reduction of pain? What dosage do you take and how soon did you see the benefits?
Please help.

Hi @falcons200 like you I tried tumeric; however, I never felt any relief or improvement. I took 1,500 mg for at least tfour months and honestly felt zero improvement. I know people who swear by it, but I was not one of them.

If you take up to 1000mg a day along with prolific enzymes on an empty stomach it will work much better. I have been suffering from RA since I was a child but now work in the vitamin field so anywhere I can help I will. Garden of life makes the prolific enzymes I mentioned.

@Queenizzy83 have you noticed any benefits from the turmeric and prolific enzymes? If so, what type of benefits?
I tried searching prolofic enzymes, but did not find any? Do you mean proteolytic enzymes?
Do you take anything else?

Hi, I use the turmeric spice & put in in everything. In the morning I add 1 tsp of it in a glass of purified water, do this on an empty stomach. In my protein drinks I make I add it in there & at dinner I sprinkle it on whatever I'm cooking. I feel it works

I use turmeric every day and I also as @suzettes use it in cooking. I add it in water also with lemon. I take capsules also.
My RA is pretty progressed... I think it helps controlling further progression.

I take the best CBD on the market. It has helped so much. I bought turmeric but haven’t used yet. Don’t think I need to. My symptoms are in control for the most part. We all have our days....🌱🌱🌱

@DonnaK where do you get you CBD. I get mine from Fla but I’m not sure it is pure. My email address is mmhulgan@aol.com. So glad you have found something that has helped. I have Shogrens Syndrome and I have been putting CBD on my tongue at night - it has helped with dry mouth.

@suzettes Have you seen any benefits or changes with using turmeric?

not sure, but it can't hurt. I'm not on any anti-inflammatory meds & maybe because of the turmeric
