Have you heard of heat therapy? Has your doctor mentioned it? Have you tried it? If so, what were the results?
Take care,

Hello,
I recently read in an article that heat therapy is a great way to reduce the swelling and pain in joints. The medicines and creams that I have been using are showing limited benefits and I want to try something that could help me in that way. Does anyone know of any practices like this? Has anyone tried it?
Thanks
