Hi @achy38
How are you today?
Losing weight is always a struggle, it has to do with calories and physical exercise. But let me tag a few members who can offer their personal experiences with RA and weight loss.

Hi, I wanted to know if it is really difficult tO lose weight with RA. I know that being less heavy does help with RA but I don't know how to start that process.I have been diagnosed relatively young at 27 and bbeen on Cymbalta and Penetrix. I also take fish oil and olive oil but I tend to overeat sometimes especially on chips. I have never really gone to the gym but I would like to be more active. But I dont know with this condition, what do i do?
