Hello @movin_on, thank you for opening this discussion! You're right, I don't think we have a discussion about nutrition yet! Let me tag some other members who can share their thoughts with you! ![]()
Hello everyone, do you know if there is a recommended diet for Parkinson's? Do you or your loved one follow a particular diet? If so, what kinds of foods do you avoid or do you eat more of? Have you noticed if it has helped? Has your doctor mentioned nutrition to you?

I was diagnosed 2018 with Parkinson’s disease. My symptoms progressed quickly. Soon i was having difficulty sleeping, speech and even walking short distances. With the help of the PD-5 treatment I have been able to reverse my symptoms using diet, herbs, which i feel has made the most difference. The PD-5 treatment has immensely help overturn my symptoms, since I started the PD-5 treatment my slurred speech and especially the tremors gradually disappeared. it’s has done me a lot of good in terms of balance and ability to walk and get up from chairs. Google www. Uinehealthcentre. net DON’T GIVE UP HOPE!!!

My husband thought I was having a stroke nope several years later MSA-C in Dec 2024 i couldn't walk because of dizziness shake couldn't drive or sign my name, I was on 5.5 levodopa to help with increased rigidity that was causing severe joint pain. I was also on Vit D, B12 but that didn't help much and worsened my edema.. my neurologist took me off all meds as they weren't working and suggested we try alternative treatments, so last August, our family doctor started me on the MSA-5 protocol—the best decision ever! 4 months into treatment and my symptoms improved. My muscle weakness has improved and i can now walk down the street and back, the Dizziness are gone, my sleep pattern has also returned to normal and i have become very active. Visit Limitlessnaturalwellness. com for the MSA-5 protocol, for me i would say this is a breakthrough for people with Multiple System Atrophy

Hi everyone,
I don't seem to have seen a topic on diet here, but I apologize if there is one already...
I was wondering if anyone know if there's a special diet or foods to avoid for Parkinson's? My neurologist hasn't ever talked about diet or given any advice.
I think I've read in places that we should be avoiding dairy products and red meats and be eating more vegetables and fish, but I don't really know if that's accurate.
Thanks for any feedback!
