I don't seem to have seen a topic on diet here, but I apologize if there is one already...
I was wondering if anyone know if there's a special diet or foods to avoid for Parkinson's? My neurologist hasn't ever talked about diet or given any advice.
I think I've read in places that we should be avoiding dairy products and red meats and be eating more vegetables and fish, but I don't really know if that's accurate.
Thanks for any feedback!

Hello @movin_on, thank you for opening this discussion! You're right, I don't think we have a discussion about nutrition yet! Let me tag some other members who can share their thoughts with you!
Hello everyone, do you know if there is a recommended diet for Parkinson's? Do you or your loved one follow a particular diet? If so, what kinds of foods do you avoid or do you eat more of? Have you noticed if it has helped? Has your doctor mentioned nutrition to you?
