I have taken it with benefits. I have sjogren's and RA and it has helped with dry eyes and mouth for sure. I didn't realize how bad that was until it got better. I have to go every 6months for a full work up on my eyes with an opthalmologist because it can build up in the back of your eyes and cause vision problems.

Hydroxychloroquine or Plaquenil is a disease modifying anti-rheumatic drug that aims to help patients with autoimmune conditions.

@Rahul.R yes! I have. Unfortunately, I did not respond to the drug well. I broke out in a rash all over my body and had to discontinue the treatment. I’m currently on Enbrel but I recently had another flare due to RSV. I was sick for 16 days and therefore I had to stop my injections for three doses.
