Hello. World suicide Prevention day, Powerful. It is terribly depressing subject. Sometimes ppl just don't feel like they're seen or heard. This topic Must become free of stigma!! Heard, forget numbers, that so many Veterans commit suicide daily. For sure, war is Hell!! What they witness & come home with is unfathomable. I, myself, can't half imagine what they deal with. The surviving family/friends likely hold tons of guilt, though no fault of Theirs. I don't have most answers, grasp at straws like others. 1 thing I've been aware of is how many children, not necessarily via suicide, but have been murdered by loved ones. Just Why???? Kids are our future. This Should Not be happening! Earth has become simply vicious, the inhabitants! There has to be actions we, collectively, can take. But, What??
I'm "mental", if we'll allow the word. I most years, walk with NAMI, National alliance for mentally ill. Wonderful organization!! Just raising awareness is Great place to start.

Today, September 10, is World Suicide Prevention Day - an opportunity to talk openly about suicide prevention, reduce stigma, and remind one another that no one has to go through a difficult time alone.
For people living with health conditions, chronic illness, pain, or other challenges, there can be moments when life feels especially overwhelming. Sometimes, having someone listen, feeling understood, or knowing where to turn for support can make a real difference.
Here at Carenity, weβd like to open a conversation about what helps people get through those difficult moments.
π¬ We'd love to hear from you:
@Clara_john78 @docein @eiramlos @Dmcfnp @Markjken @Fab458 @emilymiller @Riro85 @yutopean @brainhealthsolutions @SeaDreamDLS @Lizzie @ClevaFit @brandiwithaneye @Michael78 @ahavacounseling @Playgdough12 @ashpea543 @callum.cross43 @Beanosting850 @Mellykat93 @Anthonyholt2024 @KateM1965 @VanyaKuz @SashaMoshko @JamesAdams @JoyofthePark @Gabbyt2d @rose64 @kamlisj @talvarez @mariecurie8 @soulspacetucson @joseguzman11 @Christinejjm @Jaydens23571 @humanmoments @CindySeay @OrbitNote @MonikaBle
You don't have to share anything personal to take part. You can simply share a resource, a message of encouragement, something that has helped you, or even offer support to another member.
Let's keep this conversation compassionate, respectful, and judgment-free. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone is willing to listen can help a person feel a little less alone. π
What has helped you keep going during one of the hardest times in your life?
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or thinking about suicide, please seek immediate help. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. If there is an immediate physical danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Thank you for helping make the Carenity community a place where people can be heard, supported, and reminded that they are not alone. πΌ
