I just need someone to talk with me and I can't talk with others I know. For one they don't understand and they seem judgmental and think that im just feeling sorry for myself and think I should just move on and get over it! Well I truly wish it was that easy also when I try to talk with someone in person I always break down in tears and it's hard for me to talk and not to mention the embarrassment

I get what it’s like to be lonely, your surrounded with people can help but it doesn’t seem to really help. It keeps you distracted until you go back to the feeling, I’m here if you need to talk

@Superjayla66 i suffer from seasonal depression also but when it's sunny outside it helps I've tried talking with some friends put everytime it gets turned back to their problems and it's like they hear me but aren't listening if you know what I mean?

I am very new here. I also feel alone sometimes. I am hoping to find someone to talk to and not feel like im dumping my problems on them. It's hard for me to express myself and communicate with others. I hope I can help someone and find some help for myself. This is very hard for me. I'm sorry.
