When we feel this way we must find a way to positive. Have you tried meditation? Nothin wierd just find a quiet spot and relax. Only concentrate on breathing. Easier said then done but it helps me.

Hello my first time posting on anything online I have been dealing with depression all my life since I was little and as a child growing up I watched my dad drink daily, use crack beat my mother molest my sisters, tons of bad stuff happened by this person today as an adult I have depression issues, abandonment issues , Trust issues with my wife and its causing her to to hate me and also suicidal thoughts almost daily oh also I get thoughts in my head that something happened or is going to happen and i get freaked out like a panic attack I feel like its never going to get better and I'm just sick of feeling sad and angry I wish I was a better person

You made it through a lot in your life, that proves that you're a strong person and a survivor and you have the will to live. Don't give up now after everything you have been through! There are people who love and care about you and want nothing but the best for you. You need to love yourself and focus on yourself and start to pursue your dreams in life, I know that it won't be easy. Get some help with a professional and talk from your heart and let everything out and you will feel better and then you will see that there is light at the end of the tunnel and you will be able to smile and laugh and start living your life with happiness

Tested positive and I’m im ready to go if I’m t hits me the worst. My work is mad at me because I exposed them but had no clue I get tested every 2 weeks and it’s been negative except recently and had no systems. I feel so alone and no one cares plus my birthday is in 4 days and I’m dreading. I’m ready for covid to take me. I feel horrible for those who have it and have passed but can’t help this feeling I’m ready to go

@Angely They just have their heads so far up their ass that they don't realize you didn't ask to get covid and you didn't know you had it. So, it's not your fault. Don't put your self down on their account. Like what do they expect from you? Do they expect you to just be some magical being who knows everything?
