I have been so depressed that I can't even keep a job. Im at the point where I don't feel comfortable leaving the house. I start to sweat and feel nauseous. Anyone else having the same thing happen to them?

I can’t think of one thing that I can hold on to. I just stay locked in my house. My life as I know it is over. I just want to clear up my debt so my children don’t have to deal with it. I’m working on it and when it’s done so am I.

I suffer from anxiety and depression. Over the course of my disease, I have learned techniques that I have found helpful for relaxing and be able to let go things that I cannot change. I would be willing to talk to anyone and help if I can. @Tamra1 My battle is the same as yours. I have always felt that everyone would be better off if I was not here. Since I was a child I have felt that I don't belong here. I suffer through everyday. My new meds are helping some. I need to talk more about it and it is good to know that I am not alone.
