Hello everyone, how are you doing?π¬
Living with depression can feel like an endless uphill battle. Some people say that with time, experience, therapy, or medication, managing depression can become more intuitive. Others feel that it remains just as difficult, but they get better at recognizing early warning signs or building supportive routines. Like learning to swim in rough waters, some days are easier than others.ππ
π Have you found that coping strategies, therapy, or just experience have helped you manage depression better over the years?
π Or does it still feel as challenging as when you first started facing it?
π In your opinion, what make depression easier or harder to handle over time?
