I am looking for someone to talk to I have no friends and very little family. I spend most my of days with my children. I really need some adult conversation in my life.

Over the years, since my diagnosis, I have lost many friends and family but I have a select few that are always there for me. And yet I feel like I am all alone in this process of getting better. It seems like a never-ending batter that I just can't seem to win. I use a few of these different online forums to try and meet and talk to people who are going through the same things I am going through. So, what do you do when you have a few people around you, but you still feel alone in that battle?

Feeling the exact same way. Depression makes me feel utterly alone. I can’t talk to my family or friends about it. They don’t get it. They think you can snap your fingers and the feelings will go away. The ones closest to me are the ones that feel the farthest away. 😔
