Hi everyone,

How are you today?

Did you know that the month of September in the US sees an increase in hospital stays due to Asthma? This is because of the allergy + asthma combination. The prevalence of ragweed increases, there is an increased in tree mold due to fallen leaves on the ground, and kids go back to school increasing the risk of transmitting colds and flu. The third week in September is the biggest week for asthma attacks.

How did you do? Did you have an asthma attack in the month of September? Do you notice a difference with the change of summer into fall? What month do you get the most asthma attacks?

I'll tag a few members to get the discussion started.

Hi @LizziB

Yes! I Have the worst time in September. I live in the PNW and I struggle with the trees around me. I try to drink hot drinks in the morning like coffee or tea to warm up my lungs a bit.
