I’m soon to be 45 years old living with all these severe sickness. For some reason I caught a bad flu in January lasted a month. My son caught one soon after lasted three weeks my aide didn’t get sick. This whole pandemic has me uo and down most days overwhelmed constant breathing treatment every four hours for me I have a steamer so we all sit  In the steamer the facial compartment and inhale steam 20 minutes most everyday. Also we drink hot tea I made it mandatory daily two cups. I also boil sliced lemons orange garlic and ginger and we drink a few sips of that daily. So far we have been doing well but me being 44 with a 11 year old baby boy left home it’s very depressing and I believe some of us become so depressed we literally make our selves sick. We started camping in the yard with tent having a little barbecue on the grill play board games a lot have changed for us but if we wanna stay healthy we have to try and find something to do with our idle time. I even started drawing and crochet I learn from YouTube. I hope I can give hope because we all need it and faith and just try and stay home and keep healthy you can always heat up water and put a towel over your heads so you can inhale that steam. And eat healthy and try a stay a little active if you can. Sorry first time writing I hope I shed a little rainbow.

@Regina9696 Thank you for this, you did brighten my day a bit. I'm sorry you and your son have been sick! The steamer doesn't irritate your asthma? Sometimes I have a hard time with steam. I'll have to try your tea, that sounds delicious! Hope you're staying safe!

The tea is delicious for sure and I’ve found it to be helpful with not only boosting the immune system but keeping phlegm down off the chest and throat
