Hello everyone,

How are you today? emoticon cute

For many of us, the lockdown has led us to pick up a few bad habits: snacking, binging a bit too much TV, and less exercise.

Now that the good spring weather is on its way, let's motivate one another to get back into shape!

How have you experienced the lockdown in terms of diet and activity? Are you ready to take part in our challenge?

What are you doing to get back into sport or exercise? What kind of sport do you do? How often do you do it?

Feel free to share any workouts, light recipes or ideas to get back into shape here!

@Courtney_J This is great! I've been feeling guilty because I've put on a bit of weight since this all started and it's not good for my diabetes. I've just put on my shoes to go for a walk! I'm trying to walk at least 20 minutes a day, and hopefully after a bit I can work up to a little jog and then a full run. One of my girlfriends has been trying to get me into Zumba classes with her for ages, so maybe I'll start doing that with her, we'll see won't we?

I started out by walking everyday. I have depression and anxiety so isolating is not good. Unfortunately, I injured my sciatica on my right side, hence no more walking until it is healed. I have exercises to do at home and am doing PT and start at the chiropractor today. I am also having terrible pelvic pain and am going to see a women's specialty clinic on Tuesday for that. All I can do right now is lay on my couch and watch TV. I have spent so much time in tears from the pain and frustration. I am sorry I cannot join you in your getting fit. Take care everyone and be safe!

I try to walk a mile a day after I finish my work day from home.  Try to get 5000 steps a day.

I just got my A1C and it doesn’t look good

it 8.2 and it’s got me stressed and worried 

my doctor might put me on insulin which I don’t want to any suggestions help is highly appreciated

I started doing yoga with adrien on YouTube. It’s a free program and you can choose how to start out. I startEd out obviously on the yoga for beginners. 
I really like it because I haven’t worked out since I was diagnosed with MS.

I work on my feet for 5-8 hours per day. I have been doing karate

Kungfu and taichi for 41 years. Even so, I have trouble keeping

track of caloric intake.

Hey.personally have gani 3kgs..but for the last 2 day I engaged myself walking for 2_3 hours a day..I hope this will help me cut some weight
