Hello to all,
I've had osteoarthritis for many years due to an old injury and its particularly bad now in my shoulders, wrists, and hands. I had an MRI this week because my shoulder is getting worse and worse from flare-up after flare-up.
My doctor is referring me to an orthopedic surgeon for an arthroscopy... I feel relieved that we finally seem to be taking my pain seriously, but on the other hand I'm worried about the additional pain and healing time.
If anyone has undergone jan arthroscopy, could you share your point of view and experience on the whole thing?

Hi everyone, how are you today?
Have any of you undergone an arthroscopy for your OA? If so, can you share a bit about it? Which joint or part of your body was operated on? What was the recovery time like? Did it help your OA?
