Hello everyone!

It's been a while since I've been on here... Well, it's not like I don't have time to be on here now with the lockdown!

How are you getting through being stuck at home? What are you doing to take care of yourselves? Are you still venturing out to the grocery store or are you trying to get your groceries delivered? Has anyone had any success with that?

Ah! I also wanted to ask, does anyone know of any good exercise routines that are easy to do at home? I've been trying to keep myself moving, but I've kind of hit a brick wall. I'm looking on the internet for videos, and I see so many, but also nothing that looks possible for me at the same time. I'm not sure there are any that are adapted for OA and it's frustrating...

Hope again you are all doing well, and thanks in advance for any replies!

Osteoarthritis and Coronavirus, how are you getting through the lockdown?

@OAme11‍   Hello, this is my first time on this site, so I hope I'm doing this right. My wife has OA and is doing ok. She's staying in and I'm the one going out to run errands, do the grocery shopping, and all of that. We haven't figured out getting things delivered. I'm not sure I know of any services or stores that do that.

My wife can't really do much exercise because of her knee, she was supposed to have a consultation last month to see if she needs to have knee replacement but it was cancelled. Maybe someone else on here will know of some good videos.

Stay safe,
