Restarting this discussion... Has anyone had any experience with any other alternative forms of treatments for lupus other than prescription medications?

I have begun take 3 day baths in Epsom salt. It is supposed to help detoxify your body, rejuvenate it from fatigue, and decrease inflammation. Has anyone tried it?

@smokint Hi is it possible to purchase CBD where you live or do you get it online? It's kinda hard to get in my town, but I want to try it.

I have followed naturopathic medicine methods most of my life and when I was diagnosed with Lupus (by my NMD) I started from the beginning with a natural path. I take a high quality Omega 3 Fish Oil, Turmeric, and VitD3 daily. I drink lots of water with lime juice (I don't handle lemon well), some green tea, probiotics, lots of bone broth, rarely eat out, cook everything from scratch. When I feel weak, I add Vit C, Zinc, more D3. Most of the time I do pretty well - but am very careful to not overdue each day - I have not had a flare for about a year and half -- until last week. It's Spring here and patios were yukky from the winter, so I decided to blow them off and clean them up. Bad mistake - whatever was in the dust - pollen for sure, but more than pollen - it sent me into orbit. Have been in a flare ever since and no end in sight - drats.

I am interested in knowing what treatments people have tried to cure or control their lupus other than prescription medicines.
I am tired of medicines and have been reading about alternative treatments.
