I'm still not 100% that my lupus causes my severe migraines as I was just recently diagnosed; but for 5 years now I've had one constant, excruciating migraine. Every day, every second, my head is in pain. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing helps.... does anyone else have this issue?

Dear friends, i broke my arm and it is hard

To type. I ran a support group of 150..

If anything, read labels,,, i finally found out

Why the migraines, headaches. I have not had a

Hot dog, some lunch meats!!!! Anything that has

Nitrates, for 20 years.  I hope this helps you..

It takes time for you to be rid of nitrates in your body. Please, this is a tasks but worth it!!!

Always

Mickey aka michele

Hi @mickey‍ - are you saying you discovered that for you it was nitrates that caused your headaches? What foods have nitrates? Do you know why they cause headaches?

HELLO,

I JUST CAN SAY THAT NITRATES, MSG AND OTHER PRESERVATIVES---GIVE ME MIGRAINES.

I HOPE NO ONE SUFFERS AS I DO WITH THOSE PRESERVATIVES. CHECK OUT THE LATEST HOT DOGS WITH NO NITRATES. MANY PEOPLE CAN NOT TOLERATE THEM.

MICKEY
