Hi @Twina77,
Thank you for sharing what your husband is going through. That sounds incredibly difficult for both of you, with you having to watch him suffer like this. Chronic itching, open wounds, and not having clear answers despite trying so many treatments must be so frustrating and exhausting. You're clearly doing everything you can as his advocate, and it’s completely validto feel upset that there isn’t more urgency around figuring out what’s really going on.
I'll go ahead and tag a few community members who might have missed this discussion to invite them to join the conversation:
Has anyone else here had experience with cutaneous involvement in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma, or with symptoms like severe, treatment-resistant itching?
And have you ever found it difficult to get a clear diagnosis or to understand whether skin symptoms are linked to lymphoma or something else entirely?

I completely understand as I don’t have anyone to talk to also. I’m a widow & I live alone. My oldest son died in 2021 & my youngest son & his family live 3 hours. My father is dead & my mother has chronic back pain & is immobile. My younger sister lives with our mother & she is going through a divorce from her husband who abandoned her. My sister doesn’t visit me, help me, call me & rarely texts me. I have various cousins, a niece & nephew that are spread out in nearby states but are hours away from me. After I told my friends I had cancer, they quit contacting me. I have learned how to be my own care giver. It has been very difficult. I’ll admit I’ve been depressed, cried a lot, felt sorry for myself but I never gave up. I prayed & read my Bible everyday. Then I found cancer groups online like this one where I could share what I was going through & got empathetic responses. That really kept me going. I hope you find someone to talk to but I highly recommend the online cancer chat groups.

My husband was originally diagnosed with Follicular Non Hodgkin’s lymphoma after discovering it in a lymph node in his arm, then he was diagnosed with cutaneous involvement his arms & legs are the only areas that are affected when the symptoms began they attempted a biopsy but said he has scratched so much of it practically off it was inconclusive he itches severely to the point of causing wounds he is miserable and they have tried every cream, lotion, antihistamine, dupixent injections, light therapy and even radiation with no success I am upset they aren’t doing more to find out exactly what it is if it’s the follicular non Hodgkin’s or it is something else completely does anyone else have any experience with this advise would be greatly appreciated
