Hi, yes yes I think it can reduce the pain! My dear aunt has fibromyalgia, and her doctors prescribed her a blood test to see what vitamins and minerals she lacks, and found she was very low on magnesitum. Apparently, it has an impact on muscles and bones, or something like that. So she's been taking it for about 6 months now! and she says she's been feeling better. But she also started nordic walking, and changed her diet!

Hello everyone,
I hope you are well.
I heard that magnesium can be used to relieve some of the symptoms. Has anyone tried it? What are your thoughts?
