Hey everyone! How are you feeling today?
In addition to the usual stress and anxiety triggers that everyone encounters, fibromyalgia patients also experience new ones. Fibromyalgia symptoms can be unexpected and limit your activities, which can cause issues at work, at home, and in your relationships.😥
You could discover that you frequently cancel plans, call in sick, and miss out on memorable events. Many persons with fibromyalgia and chronic illnesses in general experience a sense of loneliness and isolation.
