I read on a viable website that 107 sugar is pre-diabeties. A nurse said not really. What to believe? My father told me to keep an eye out for it because it runs in the family.

@Imgeena @nomorenomore I'm interested in this too as diabetes runs in my family and I would like to do what I can to avoid it. I've got some other health issues that I think would make having to manage my blood sugar very difficult.

@Imgeena Hi imgeena, idk if you've had any feedback from your doctor or if you've done any reasearch, but the ADA has a really helpful site that's easy to read and explains everything in simple terms.
