Today, September 10, is World Suicide Prevention Day - an opportunity to talk openly about suicide prevention, reduce stigma, and remind one another that no one has to go through a difficult time alone.
For people living with health conditions, chronic illness, pain, or other challenges, there can be moments when life feels especially overwhelming. Sometimes, having someone listen, feeling understood, or knowing where to turn for support can make a real difference.
Here at Carenity, weβd like to open a conversation about what helps people get through those difficult moments.
π¬ We'd love to hear from you:

You don't have to share anything personal to take part. You can simply share a resource, a message of encouragement, something that has helped you, or even offer support to another member.
Let's keep this conversation compassionate, respectful, and judgment-free. Sometimes, simply knowing that someone is willing to listen can help a person feel a little less alone. π
What has helped you keep going during one of the hardest times in your life?
If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or thinking about suicide, please seek immediate help. In the U.S., you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7. If there is an immediate physical danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Thank you for helping make the Carenity community a place where people can be heard, supported, and reminded that they are not alone. πΌ
