My sister know iam depressed and anxious I think the also have no I idea how bad it is I bipolar to and also miss the hyermanic state been a long time since I felt that way

In a nutshell my husband, daughter don’t understand how depression can cripple a person. My son I believe suffers from depression but not to any extent I have. I am also Bipolar but have been in a manic depressive state for years. I actually miss the euphoric states only because it makes my family happier.
