hi, I'm currently thinking of changin my therapist. I don't feel she's been helping me a lot lately, and she's been acting weird as well. Not sure if it's me or if she's having some trouble of her ownw but I feel like she's not there any more during our sessions, like she doesn't care, and I can't stand this feeling. I hate when I'm not being listend to properly. What should I do??
