Hello Carenity members,
This idea was sent to me by one of our members via private message and I loved the concept. The member is hopeful that here in the depression and anxiety forum we can slowly transition from focusing on the negatives to the positives. I know we all have negatives, even those of us who are not diagnosed with depression, but we also have positive things in our life... things that we are thankful for.
I would like to challange our members here to every day or every week to think of things your are thankful for: positive things in their life or about themselves, and to post them here to begin a discussion and help others.
I will begin, I am thankful for:
1) My wife and family who supports me when I become overwhelemed from the pain from my multiple surgeries
2) A roof over my head
3) My cat who always brightens my day
I look forward to your responses.
