@BlueEyes I am sorry to hear you are struggling. It’s not easy and can understand how hard it is to go anywhere or do anything in that kind of mood. Have you considered looking for a new psychiatrist or speak with him/her about your medication? Maybe changing the meds or upping or reducing meds the could help. For sometimes it’s the meds that could make the situation worse. Just a thought. Hope i could help.

@Tiffany Thank you! I'm going to look for a new psychiatrist. I saw him yesterday and asked about Trintellix and he didn't know anything about it. Gotta get myself to research available, in network Drs. Thanks again!

My doctor, or nurse practitioner put me on something called Vraylar. It seems to help with symptoms and I don't wake up with major med head like you are describing. Might want to ask about that one too. Perphenazine aslo works well for me. Good luck with your new doctor and very likely new meds.

@UnschathedSpade7 Thank you! I never heard of perphenazine but I was on Vraylar but got turned down for assistance this year. Looking for a new Dr. I asked him about Trintellix but he said he didn't know anything about it and wouldn't prescribe it for me. It does have a lot of drug interactions so I wouldn't be able to take any of my migraine meds. Thanks again!

I can't find medication to help me. I'm always lying down. Don't leave the house unless Dr. appointment or pharmacy. I told my psychiatrist and he said "that's a shame." He was the only psychiatrist in my network that was available. I never wake up feeling refreshed just always feel fatigued. I don't even feel like getting up to make something to eat.
