@GamurSnek Hey GamurSnek (nice username by the way), well you've made a good start! Basically you can browse the discussion in the groups related to the conditions you've listed on your profile and then comment on what interests you or on things that you feel you can help with. There's also general discussions you can look at, if you go to the Share tab at the top and click latest discussions and then hit the dark blue General tab at the top. If there's something you want to talk about or ask about in particular and you don't see in on the site, you can create a new thread like you did here! I hope that makes sense!
