I always feel like when I need someone to talk to there's no one. My therapist clocks out at 5pm and the hotline is a phone number and I don't necessarily have a phone. And I don't feel comfortable with telling my mom that I feel this way. So, I just feel like I'm trapped in this cloud. My emotions are changing with the wind and morphing but it never moves. It stays.

Hi Queen9, I jump on here pretty often, I am here to talk to if you need to get things off your chest. I too come here to do the same, my family and friends are on egg shells around me most days so I tend to keep to myself. Feeling trapped is not a good feeling that's for sure, I'm here if you want to chat.

@queen9 Bert is right, feeling trapped and alone is a terrible feeling and I get not feeling comfortable talking with your mom. How are you doing?
