That's what I've felt like recently. Just floating along while everything keeps going. Its a very normal thing to feel from time to time. I try and keep busy but even that can fail me a lot. I'm sorry you're experiencing this feeling.

I've been out of the hospital for about a week now and I've noticed that I'm just sorta floating through my life and I feel detached from myself most of the time, I have never experienced this kind of feeling before. Is it normal? does anyone else feel like this?
