To start, journal. When you get mad take a walk or get a drink or count to 10 or choose to think about it tomarrow after you sleep. Choose your battles. Know that you can only change yourself and hitting is not necessary for anything. TAlking and communication is key. You might look into therapy . To start with tho, journal and re read later when you are calm. You and only you know what you need. Meditating, better food in your diet, listen to music enroll in dbt classes or read dbt information on line. Dialect behavior therapy. It is very helpful. Masha linehan has books out if you rea or whatever you want or check out from library If you keep the focus on yourself you will see that you tont have time to worry about what others are doing. when you get mad, breathe, count to 10 walk away and change what you are doing. HALT Hungry Anger Lonely tired. If any of those apply, do the opposite. If you are hungry then eat. If you are angry then go to church pray or wak exercise whatever, If you are lonely call a friend, watch a comedy talk to a neighbor or stranger. Tired, take a nap! go to bed earlier. stay in the moment. mindfulness learn more about . ALl you have is this moment. make the best of each moment each day! love yourself. dig within what would you tell the younger 6 yr child of yourself if they were in the situation. You know every story has 2 sides. listen to the other person. you dont know what struggles they have within. Talk, relax and make time for yourself. Be well get rest eat right and exercise!

Hey I’m new, my name is Anna. I have problems with Depression and Anger. Today I hurt my significant other, I don’t know how it happened. I just snapped. I’m laying in bed staring at the ceiling torn apart. He deserves so much more. I’m so tired of life lately everything is building up. My shoulders feel so heavy and weak. I feel terrible. I am terrible.
