I just came across that having depression can shrink your brain? Has anyone heard of this?
Actually, I have heard that, but I think you can also restrengthen some of the lost connections, not all hope is lost!
How are you doing today?
This is an interesting question, it seems like @whatistheissue has also heard of this. If it is something you are concerned about, you can always ask your doctor. Let me tag a few other Carenity members who may be able to let if you know if it is something they have also heard about.

Have you ever been told being depressed shrinks your brain? Is this something you are worried about? Do you do 'brain exercises' to maintain brain function and connections?
