Good advisor
@Lost81 I suffer from clinical depression, but I have a friend who also has paranoia and often feels like people are out to get her. I would really try to go see a psychiatrist or if you're already seeing one get a second opinion and tell them that you're feeling paranoid. A lot of times it's not your fault, it's a chemical imbalance that causes you to feel that way. I hope you have someone to talk to where you are.

Hello, I on here because I recently went through a year long divorce and suffer from anxiety and depression. Also my parenting time with my children just got reduced. I currently live alone and on nights with no children the silence is unbearable. I have freinds, or at least people that say they are my freinds. But, I can’t trust anyone. I always have this feeling of “everyone is out to get me”. I can’t stop crying at random moments when everything is going ok. I’m on depression meds but they don’t seem to help. Just wanting someone to talk to. Someone I can express my feelings and maybe give advice if they have been through similar situations. All help is greatly appreciated.
