I often have a very angry conversation just in my head - I am alone - being bullied and finding myself living in my car. I don't feel deep depression but I do feel depressed at times when I have to face the fact of where my life is at - at the moment. What I've gone thru is more than a lot of people can bear. It isn't living - it's just surviving. So yes I get depressed - on occasions I am irritable and short-tempered. It goes away when I eat regularly and well, I exercise every day, and I talk to God throughout the day. My immediate family doesn't see it but a close friend, partner? he sometimes gets the brunt of it. He is going thru his own ordeal so we are both not there for each other the way we should. Survival mode isn't living - it's just existing and I am working to overcome that obstacle in my life.

Hi everyone,
Not everyone realizes that depression doesn’t always look like sadness. For many, it shows up as anger, irritability, or frustration, especially with loved ones.

This is a part of mental health we don’t talk about enough, so let’s start now.
Take care,
