There is research that supports the idea that marijuana may benefit those with asthma, specifically the cannabinoids found in marijuana, commonly known as CBD.

CBD are often used to treat chronic pain and neurological conditions due to their anti-inflammatory properties. Therefore, the thought is that since asthma is caused by a chronic inflammation of the lungs, CBD use may have beneficial effects for this condition.

Has anyone tried marijuana or CBD for their asthma? Or considered trying?

What were the results? Any success?

I have tried CBD for my RA pain, not specifically for my asthma. I did not notice any benefits while I was trying it for my asthma, or really for my pain. I only noticed a psychological calm effect while I was vaping... I was using the liquid because I Was afraid to vape because of my asthma, but after talking to some people I realized I was ok to vape.
