My cousin has COPD and did a respiratory rehab program that really helped. Does anyone know if this exists for asthma? I don't know if something like that could be helpful for us?

Has anyone done a pulmonary rehab program for your asthma? If so, can you tell us about it? Where did you do it? Were you referred by your doctor? What kinds of things did you do and learn? Has it helped you to manage your asthma better?

I have not done this but I am going to talk to my doctor this coming week about it because I think I would benefit from it. Don't know much about it myself.
