My main triggers are things like pollen and sudden changes in weather, especially when it gets cold or damp. Exercise can also catch me out sometimes if I’m not warmed up properly. I do have an action plan, which really helps me feel more in control when things start to flare up. Day-to-day I just try to stay prepared with my inhaler and pay attention to early warning signs rather than pushing through. It’s all about staying one step ahead as much as I can 👍
