I had my worst asthma attack years ago... I was already kind of sick and was having difficulty breathing because of that. To make it worst, the weather was pretty cold and rainy.
We went out to pick up a to go order and when we got back to the house, my brother had parked in our spot, so we had to park a little ways down... minor walk in reality. When I got into the house, my breathing was pretty labored. They rushed me to the emergency room up the street and they put needles for medications in me and oxygen.
I was OK. Stayed over night. It was a scary experience.

I was in bed, my chest hurt so bad, burning sensation, felt so tight, I used my rescue inhaler and just laid there, tears coming from my eyes, I was so scared, frustrated, because I new in the back of my mind, that all the tools they would of used on me in the emergency room was no more than I could do here at home, I could of died that night, but I just kept using my rescue inhaler every 15 min, until my chest started to allow me to breath more easily, not to many compliant doctors out here in the sticks, lol last time I went to the emergency room for labored breathing and asthma problems the fools wanted to give me a pregnancy test, I’m 54, really????
