What is the latest treatment for ankylosing spondylitis?

I see its been a while since you last posted this discussion. I've done some research and it turns out the most common treatments are anti-inflammatory medications, biologics, dietary modifications, and even surgery in some cases. Exercise is  one of the most consistently beneficial treatments for symptom relief. The four types of exercise recommended are: stretching, aerobic or cardiovascular, strengthening, and balance.
