I find that walking in the water is a good option for me, I also walk in the Specialty pool which is a bit warmer than the regular pools. Ive also been trying a bit of Hairy Yoga it's much easier than regular because you use a chair

Hi everyone 👋
With ankylosing spondylitis, regular movement is often recommended to help maintain mobility and manage pain, but each of us finds our own balance between effort and comfort.
Are there any physical activities or relaxing practices that help ease your symptoms?
Have you discovered a sport or gentle movement (like yoga, swimming, stretching…) that feels especially good for your body?
Are there any routines or specific exercises you’d like to share with the community?
