How is everyone today?

It has been a while since we've had an active discussion about ankylosing spondylitis and I want to see how you all have been doing!

Do you notice a change between seasons? What about with increased humidity? Has your ankylosing spondylitis gotten better or worse? Have you been doing any therapies to help?

Hi @LizziB

For me, I'm generally fine with the change in weather. The biggest thing that affects my AS is stress! Any time I can stressed, from work, relationships, daily life, I'm a mess!

I notice a big difference in cooler weather I hurt a wee bit less as for heat I hurt so severe I can barely survive the hot seasons 😞😞😭😭
